need help car doesnt move very well

okay first off i have searched this i think it a fuel pump issue. 1990 240sx used too hesitate when fuel would get to 1/4 tank and now it just barley will move. i replaced the fuel filter and spark plugs today and it still acts like im towing a house. when i took my fuel filter off it looked like rust all the spark plugs looked okay but i replaced them anyways umm what else it will idle really ruff and stay runing for the most part PLEASE HELP THIS IS MY DAILY DRIVER!!!!!!!!

Check your fuel pump itself? I see alot of those going out.

update i am missing 3and 4 cylinders i have spark but the cylinder seems to be dead any clue on problem could it be my rotor?

you've spark but it's missing on 3 and 4? did you check the injectors to see if they're doing their business?

no i dont know how to mess with the injectors thats untraveled territory for me
