Need Help!!!! Cant figure out Fuel problem :O(

I have a 1989 240sx with Stock engine (KA24E)..When i Crank the car there a slight Hesitation on the throttle With a lil sputter sound coming out the back..After about 3 to 5 min of running it starts to realy Sputter and run realy rough like its starving for fuel until it just quits...Changed the fuel pump twice already and brand new Fuel filter..I havent run a Analyser on it yet..My mechanic and several others i talk to Still seems to think im getting bad Fuel pumps (there after market)..Im not to savvy on the Electronic fuel injection Systems..Another Note when it quits it wont start like its not getting any fuel but if you wait about 30 min it starts up again and repeats the process over again..Any ideas? Anyone?? Chris :O)
