i need to know if i can use a s14 sr20de wireing harness to wire a s13det into a s14 (car) if so what needs to be done

no, not going to work, there is no provisions for coilpacks or the igniter. the pinout on the ecu plug is also different. just spend the $$$$ and get a proper harness.
