Hey guys,Let me start out by letting you all know that I have gone back through many of the "overheating" threads on here but I just can't figure it out. Here's the deal, my radiator cracked at the top plastic part last week. So I did not drive it and waited for my new radiator to come in the mail. By the way I have a 94' 240 Ka24de. So, I got my radiator in and I proceeded to change all 3 belts and tightened them to specification, I changed the thermostat (It is facing the right way), I installed a new water pump, and finally installed the radiator with a new cap. Now my car is still overheating but the temp will go down to normal levels when I blast the heat. I've tried jacking the front end up and burping the system a few times but that doesn't seem to work. I have always used the premix 50/50 coolant. After I drive the car for a few miles the coolant boil's over into the resevoir tank and the top radiator hose gets extremely hot where as the bottom house does not get very hot. There is no white smoke from the engine or the exhaust and my oil and coolant looks normal. I am kinda stumped at this point and if anyone has any suggestions about this I would really, really appreciate some help!!
