Need help: Cam Angle Sensor Installation Process

So in the past year I have been trying to get my car started after installing my SR20DET with no luck. During this time I installed a new CAS on the side of a road and didn't know what I was doing I guess because the engine was not in the correct position for that so my sensor is not installed properly.

My mechanic has the car now but has no documentation on how to install this part, so does anyone know of a guide or can you maybe write one up for us?
