Need help buying

A friend in my club is selling an elemental designs 15" subwoofer in a ported box with a Tsunami amp for $250. Is this a good deal? Ive never heard of these brands. Also Crutchfield is having this deal where you buy one 10" Rockford Fosgate P1s410 sub and get one free, with a kicker amp, ported box, wiring, all for $436. Which is a better deal?

need model numbers for everything to properly give advice on stuff like this based on specs power handling etc.

I can only find the ampTsunami db1100d specs:330x1 @ 4 ohms650x1 @ 2 ohms1100x1 @ 1 ohm
