Need HELP BADLY with My 89 240

first off any advice help or info is greatly appriciated and valued! Iam a chevy guy for yrs and fell into a great project 240sx but has never worked on a nissan car.what would i have to change to set up a 92 kad24de in my 89 240 with a ka24e any help would be apreciated, thanks

off the top of my head...power steering resivoir and lines, and the gauge cluster.

normaly wont do this but !

you did search right?any ways I think you could get away with a head swap and yeild more power with the raised comp. since the 89 had lower comp. and the chamber design on the de was higher comp. you would probaly be looking at a lil under 10:1 comp. ratio. My math might be off its late. How good is the bottom end on the 89 e?, do you already have the 92de?

the 89e is fragged the timing assembly went and locked the motor.Ihavent tore into it yet to see the damage.If I can get away with rebuilding the internals and saving the motor thats what I might do. But if it is easier to just swap in the 93de(was wrong when I said it was a 92)either way I really just want to go with what ever will give Me more power for the time,money and ease.like Isaid I really appriciate all and any help/ advice you can give because Ireally dont know imports yet.
