need help bad! boost problems in high rpms ever gear.

Okay hey guys before I start I have tried to search but found nothing in my favor! If you do find soomething I apologize before hand! Now when my car is in full boost or wide open throttle any gear the boost would fluctuate from 13psi to 10psi to 13psi to 10psi and repeat this procces. Sometimes it would stick most of the time it won't. I have all of the bpu. And I'm set at 13psi. I have boost leak tested yet nothing was found. So I'm going in the direction of a slightly glazed clutch or and bad maf. I have also yet to check my fuel pressure due to no wideband. Please any information would be helpful.

many problems it could be .i tell everyone ( you spend 3k on your motor swap but a 215.00 dollar wide band isn't worth your time .Its stupid not to have one .)but innovative has a better one that has data logging . 2nd change your air filter

3rd turbo may be turning into a hair dryer

4 slipping clutch = go put it on the dyno and see if it can be pin pointed .

What are yo using for a turbo/ boost controller?
