need help asap with 240sx

Hello. I am new with 240, well my friend give me a 1996 240sx-se with an sr20det swap that he never got to turn on well today i finish putting all the Intercooler pipe. the fuel pump is working but the ecu light is not on. the car crank and fuel is working but won't turn on. there is a couple of plugs that does't plug no where. if anyone can help me i will appreciate or if there is someone close from me i will pay for any help. i forgot, yes i check all the fuses and they are good. the only thing is that the ecu light is not on and injector provably are not firing. thanks

Have you checked for spark? Ecu is most likely dead.

there is not spark but i an getting fuel in the fuel line. the ecu light still off. what will i have to check next?

I when with a new battery check for spark, and cylinder #1 has spark but number 2-3-4 has not spark, i check all the coils on cylinder #1 cable and they all work , What do you guys think. do i need to get a new spark plugs wire harness?

is the wiring harness original or was this swap done with a harness that had been cut ?

the first order of business is to trace EVERY SINGLE ecu wire and make sure its in the proper spot, do NOT go swapping ecu's untill this is done, if the wrong wire is getting 12 you'll fry the new ecu in a heart beat

also make sure that every wire is properly soldered, crimp connectors are garbage because they dont always transmit a signal clearly, and sometimes dont transmit it at all
