Well i recently slammed my car on my new coilovers, and was getting some really bad rubbing from the fender-well covers. so i lifted my car up to find out that, on the driver side the tire had rubbed through to the wire harness. so i raised my car up some to see if that would help much. so i took if for a drive and went to u-turn at the dead end...........lots of horrible rubbing sounds as i turned around and as i finished out the car died.
the tire eat more of the harnesss and expossed several wires. Now the car wont start. it cranks, but wont go over.
WTF do i need to do.......please help.

Move it. Cut, move, solder. Check fuses. Proceed to ride low and proud

Well it doesn't seem like any of the are cut. Seems like some wires are shorting out to each other .... Go get your self some electric tape and start covering the exposed wire and hopefully that will fix the problem...Zilvia33 wrote:

so i just need to seperate the wires and tape them up....zip toe the harness out of the way...and i should be good.?

Well i don't know about that...but its a start.
Won't know until you find out. It depends on what got shorted out. Don't know what exactly that wire harness applies too.
