Need Help ASAP, Wierd Problem

To sum my problem up in one phrase

"Its like the battery is not, but its not"

Car is a 94 Altima

Just Completed a Auto-Man swap, had the car start up and idle 5-6 times before the problem occured. So heres the story, I started the car up to move it out of the garage, as I started to move the car I stalled it like a retard. I try to restart teh car and have nothing, no power or anything, no lights, no hazards, nothing at all. So I'm like wtf?

About 2-3 hours later I go back outside and open the door of my car and to my utter amazement the dome light comes on. So I try and start the car and wow, it starts. So I turn it off thinking I had somethign stupid happen, try to start it again and nothing. So again Im stumped, my dad says I check the grounds. I clean and sane the ground cable for hte battery and wow I get power back and the horn works and the car starts. So again I'm like cool,the car is fixed.

Now the next day the car is doing nothing again. I have so far checked, ever fuse and fuseable link, nothings bad. The draw of the car with the key off is around 250ma. The battery has 12.5volts and and around 10.5volts at the starter. I tried adding a second ground, nothing.

Now every-once-in-a-while the dome light will come back on, but as soon as I try to do something else, the light goes off and sometime comes on and sometimes dosen;t.

I'm am lost and need help soon, I want to drive this to a local meet on Satruday and need to get it running again.

I left the battery hooked up all night and as I was leaving for school I noticed that there was a buzzing about every 10 secs coming from the middle of the car, maybe under teh center of teh dash, but I didnt have time to locate the noise.

please help, I need this car desperatly running soon.

just for future reference this was all caused by a bad battery ground connection on teh chassis
