Okay i have a 1999 qx4 194k miles just recently it started make sume type of weird sound while running or in pArk or Neut but in drive it goes away.....and i hear sounds like scraping and rev in 1 and 3rd gear idk wat to look for trans fluid kinda brown

and i seem to here the scarping from the back diff and reverse

Change out all of the transmission fluid by doing a cooler line exchange. See the procedure in this thread in the "Transmission and driveline" Q&A section.

Change the differential(s) fluid and grease the driveshaft(s) too.
