need help asap

i have purchased and begun installing my energy suspension bushings.i was told that the s13 fits the r32skyline so i went ahead and bought it.several of them have worked so far but on the back spindle

when pressing in the several similar bushings they will not slide in they just bend and crumple. i put on lube and set bushing level with press and spindle still not entering

also the bushing according to measurements will not allow the lips at the end to reach both ends

anyone can share the trick plz thnx
