need help asap

ok car runs great...but only till about 3k rpm then no power/throttle. should be no leaks, MAFS wiring all lined up. any suggestions?

Check voltage going to the MAF. Also double check your wiring.

ok so the voltage at the MAFS is .8 then 1 at the ECU. so the wiring is good right? read another post about the MAF being backwards, but switched it around and the engine wouldn't even idle...so i'm kinda lost...

check your timing and for leaks.

timing is set at 15 degrees. i'm starting to think it might be some kind of leak.

There's definitely a leak. My car use to feel like that with some ghetto rigged piping when I first did my very first sr swap five years ago.

so after looking over the engine, they found one cylinder isn't firing(coilpack) could that be why there's no power after 3500 rpm?

ok fixed the coil pack problem. lots of power, so my step dad says. see they own a shop, but in a different town...so now he's saying it might be the injectors, cause the motor sat for however long (car is still off ). i still think its a IC leak or they did something wrong, piping etc. i'll get some pics of the engine so u guys can hopefully point me in the right direction.

i just talked to my mom, she drove my car today, so shifting into 4th gear there is no power...
