Im outside working on my 94 Q in the dark and this pulley that creates the tension for the power steering pump to operate isnt spinning properly. When I loosen the bolt it spins but when its on properly then it wont spin. Right now I put it on the bracket in this order: thick washer - Small plate- pulley - thin washer- big plate- bolt. is this the wrong order. please help asap and thanks in advance!!

Thank you I really appreciate that fast response. Quick question though: Is that post I just looked at saying that I do not need the second dust cover that came in the box with the pulley from the dealership?

In the pic it only shows one dust cover. In the box there were two; one for back of the pulley and one for the front. The pic only shows the front dust cover so I am trying to figure out if the back one is needed.

Ok I looked at the picture and did not see the second plate on there so I took it out and assembled it again and its working great, Im not quite sure of why the dealrship would give me a dust plate that I did not need but whatever I guess lol. Thanks all of you for your help and I really do appreciate it.
