I am putting the turbo back on after I replaced the gaskets and I cannot put the damn oil feed line back in on the block side. This damn line has been kicking my *** for 4+ hours and its pissing me off. Any help would be greatly appreciated on how the hell I get this back on there.

ya, disconnect this line where it plugs onto the turbo side which will make it very lose, this way it will be easier to screw it from the block side (don't tighten it), then hook it up from the turbo side. Also, remove the 14mm bolt that holds the line against the block, only screw it back on when both ends of the oil line are hooked.

Tried that but the damn thing does not want to thread. I took the piece outa the block and I could get it to thread but it took alot of work to get that to even thread. Does anyone know where to get an after market oil feed line that will fit the stock turbo.

I too have put in some time trying to put the line back into turbocharger and have taken me over 4 hours, so I dumped and got an aftermarket set-up as well. Mine was slightly modified to fit the stock nissan boss (via welding), but I'm pretty sure there's another way around it.

Cuss at it ALOT!!!!. When I did mine I left the line on the turbo tightened. Just had to adjust the other end of the line bending it some so it angles in right. It took me forever to get it back in.

I put my car completely back together after that damn cracked piston, only to notice I forgot to screw that line back into the block! DOH! took my roommate and I about an hour of fighting to get it re-attached...

taka makes stainless lines... search the SR forum, alot of them use their lines. the SR lines will work for your CA too:)

over priced, goto a local performance shop , better yet a hotrod shop, you can get the SS oil line made for under 40$

I think I might have found a place here locally that carries those bstp fittings in stock that can make me a line. I'll let you guys know how it comes out. Thanks for the info
