So my '91 coupe does not seem to fully crank over, it isn't getting any fuel from the fuel pumper/fuel filter. The fuel pump itself has been recently replaced. I'm guessing it has to be An electrical problem. When the car died on me I smelt a burnt smell in the car. In my fuse box in the engine compartment, the EGI PUN relay buzzes and vibrates when I try to crank the engine. Is there a fuel pump relay inside the car near the clutch area that could be out?? PLEASE HELP!

I would check the fuel pump fuse under the dash, and possibly the harness/connectors near the tank, and on the pump itself in the tank.

What kind of pump did you replace it with? OE? Walbro? Used?
