Need Help ASAP! 02 maxima 3.5 shutting off!!

alright well i have a 2002 maxima 3.5 se auto. it was firing a code and my mechanic said its an O2 sensor it was bank 2 sensor 2, well we changed the O2 sensor and i drove it home, i started up again and went to the store when i went to levee i started it and drove well when i hit about 20mph it kinda bogged down so i started to go home and then it shut off on me. i started it back up and started doing about 30 and shut off on me again. the car idles fine its only when you start driving it that it happens, theres no CEL's and mechanic checked it and says his diagnostic machine says theres nothing wrong, he had mentioned that his diagnostic machine said that we might have to take it in to the dealer to reset something, anybody have any idea what it could be? or about how much taking it in to the dealer to "reset" it would be, ill prob be taking it to IoS (infiniti of scottsdale).

Could be a dirty fuel filter or failing fuel pump (both inside the fuel tank). Best way to check is to connect a fuel pressure gauge (T-fitting) before the fuel rail - 34 PSI with engine running; 43 psi with Ignition ON but engine OFF, only for 5 seconds.

The ECU re-programming is usually associated with a fault code to modify the fault detection threshold.
