need help and opinion.....?

hi i'm new here and i'll like some help. i have a two case scenario here

1 - I found a 1990 240sx for sale at $2,500. The 240 is stock except for some ugly cromed rims and 2 yokohama rear tires and a new clean paint job. also a small dent on the driver side door. the car runs nice and is really clean.

2 - My bestfriend is trying to sell me his 1990 240sx stock, to me also because he knows that i'm lookin for one. He offer it to me for $2,000. the car is clean but their are certain dents here and there and needs a new paint job. On the bright side he has new shocks, new speakers, and a fairly new engine. and also his car has alarm. He offer it to me with some other stuff. He;s going to replace his driver's seat with a new one this week, he'll give me the silvia front to replace the dented 240 front, he'll find me a hook up deal for a new paint job. he's doing this because he's buying a 1995 240.

Dont pay so much for that first one.

Plus the second one will come with a Silvia front end? Well, that enough should justify the 2 g's. Plus the new shocks are a plus too. I would say you get the second one. Paint may be bad but hey, you can always get that fixed later. Its not **that** important.

and you're still thinking why? by the second one hands down no questions asked. unless your friend dogs and runs the ever living hell out of his car. then id go for the first one.

yea the second one sounds like the way to go your gettin a lil more for a lil less also the fact that its a friend of yours means he cant really screw you all that bad. not that im sayin he would but yo uknow just in case.
