need help adjusting headlights 2005 Q45

Looking for a way to manually adjust the heads lights up, they are almost pointed into the ground in front of the car. I have read the extensive troubleshooting part of the FSB, but there is nothing in the FSB about manually adjusting them up. It is all automatic using a sensor at the back of the car. There is no control knob on the dash like the 2002s. Any help would be appreciated ...

found two adjustment screws. no great change
