NEED HELP!!....about Wiring At kick panel for s14

HI,

I really need to get some help on the wiring on the kick panel location of my s14...

I basically bought the car a while ago....the car does works fine on almost everything except the turning light flasher......

Basically, I thought that the guy who did the alarm installation has done a pretty bad job on hooking up the alarm....The wires was really messed up which I thought that it was a cause of the electical problem.

I bend over under to see what's going on at the fuse panel at kick panel location....and I found 5-6 of green wires and one black wire with a grey connector was loosen.....I tried to find out where to plug it ........but I still couldn't find it....

Can anyone help me out?
