okay guys i need some help...i 5 speed swapped my 98 240sx and im having issues. first off, speedo is dead and my cruise doesnt work..my reverse lights dont work either (which im pretty sure is just the switch in the trans). But heres the deal. im using the auto ecu and auto trans harness. and the trans is out of an older 240 with no crank sensor. i drilled the hole for the crank sensor and what not but i did not realize until i got it in that the speed sensors are different so im assuming its out of an s13. so..
now ive got an s13 trans, no speedo, no cruise, auto ecu and auto trans harness. is there anybody smarter than me that knows how to make the speed sensor work with the auto harness? just want to know if its been tried.. otherwise, what trans harness do i use to make it work? s13 im assuming? im so lost...
any help would be greatly appreciated.
