NEED HELP !! 2000 i30 electric problem

ok im in need of some help my car is acting really funny . here i go .. a few days ago my car (2000 infiniti i30) started to go crazy thee gauges started to jump every where a few dash lights came on (mind you the engine light has never came on once) the car had trouble shifting gears and while in neutral the car would low rpm .. it died out and i jump started it and it came on perfect the minute i used the turn signal or a/c the car would do everything i just wrote .. i was told it could be the battery or alternator but i had both of them check before and it all came out fine ... so , so far i took the computer out and iacv w/ throttle body is out to .. what should i do i was told to just clean the throttle body and iacv and put everything back together to see what happens ... if anyone can help out please do so i would appreciate it alot .. dont have the funds to send car to a mechanic shop ..

Have you scanned codes? That would be my first step.
