i have a 1990 300zx and the red seat belt warning light in the dash is always on. when i first bought the car about a month ago it was fine. but now whenever i drive it the damn light comes on and STAYS ON!!!

any advice would helpthanks

OK, stupid question, did you try buckling your seatbelt? how about the passanger side? mine stays on unless the passanger side is backled as well, kinda wierd but the little light doesn't bother me enough to bother finding out why

there's a plug under the drivers seat, its a little white clip. Make sure its connected
