Need Help - 02 Altima 3.5 not starting

Hey all, new here - Its not my car, but we need help

My mom has an 02 altima 3.5 as stated above which is not starting. She took it to a shop, which seems trusty worthy, but id like more information just to be sure.

So over the past few weeks the car has done a few things leading up to this:

it would start, but not accelerate, it would go just by the idle rpms (its an auto)

when she would shut it off and turn it back on it would work fine. Sometimes it would take awhile for it to start up, anywhere from a minuite or so to 15

Now it just wont start at all, it cranks and almost fires over then doesnt.

Its getting spark and fuel and all that good stuff, service engine light is on, has been for awhile (damn women that dont take care of cars..I know)

I read the code it threw initially, it was 1211 iirc

this time it read another code, which may or may not be because of me, when i tried to start it once it was gone for good i pulled one of the plugs from the air intake which did nothing, so i dont know if that is related to this code or not, but the other code is:
