Need headlight/HID wiring diagrams

Here are the headlamp wiring diagrams, you can find them in the Factory Service Manual (FSM).

My LH low beam HID is not working. Everything else including brights work fine. The HID fuse USED TO keep blowing everytime i turn on the lights, untill recently (for some unknown reason, and the headlight still is inopperable.)

-Its not the bulb, swapped them out and still doesnt work.-Its not the Fuses, all are intact.-Its not the relays, both are opperable.

Question; im seeing NO resistance on terminal 7 (R/W) for the LH headlight relay, yet on the RH headlight relay i am seeing resistance on terminal 7 (R/L). What could cause an issue like this and could this be part of my problem?

its the ballast...which is quite expensive...it happens ALOT on qx4's. the ballast shorts out which blows the fuse.
