Need hatch help

So I went to change the gas shocks on my hatch cause they where shot but this nut fell out when I untightened the one on the hatch and it goes here

so my question is do I need to take it somewhere to have the glass removed so i can nut the bolt back in there so i can put my new gas shocks on or do I need to get a new hatch and if i need a new one anyone got one they wanna sell me with no rust or wiper
