Need hard-to-find brake part...

Does anybody have a "torque member" from an R50's brakes? Was changing my brake pads today and the main fixing pin (shown in red) for the caliper is completely seized, causing uneven wear and limiting adjustment so much that I can't even fit in new pads.

I need the "torque member" part as circled in gray with good pins. Does anyone have such a thing for sale? I'm without wheels until I can find one and the dealer wants hundreds that I don't have.
