Need good picture of coolant reservoir tank

Hey, I need a good picture showing how the stock coolant reservoir is connected, the one I have currently is an aftermarket tank that was mounted incorrectly in front of the radiator causing the coolant to flow out when it gets hot.

More specifically, I am looking for how the second hose on the back side of the cap gets connected...
