Need fuse description of under the hood fuses 2004 Maxima SE

Everyone, I have a 2004 NIssan Maxima that is having a headlight issue and a guy told me he thought there was a possible fuse for the headlights in my Maxima. I took off the cover under the hood but the descriptions could not be read. Can anyone tell me if they could send the descriptions of the under the hood fuses and if anyone knows if the HID headlights have a fuses tied to them. Thanks
