Need forums input 06 Murano

I have an 06 Murano Sl i enjoy the car but lately it has been doing something a little weird. In the morning i will warm it up usually the temp will hit slightly below the driving warm mark at just under half when i scoot off. The car will run with a higher rpm and very sensitive throttle. It will run like this for a while, allot of times until i am already to work (20 min) at 80 kph (rpm a tad over 2k rpm). I want to add also that when its running like this the heater is warm but i can have it set at 32F on auto and it would never shut off (we get an average of -15 to -20 F or colder here) If you are out and about for a bit say 40 + minutes or so of driving here then there etc the transmission will suddenly shift down substantially, will idle much lower (around 650 rpm) and at 80kph the rpm will be 14 or 1500, the car will not rev as easy as in the morning but seems to be more "grabby" of the gears and the acceleration more linear in that the rpm will go up smooth according to throttle input as apposed to jumping up 1k till you are up to speed and then settling down (hope that made sense) also when it runs in low rpm etc my heater really starts to kick in and i could not keep it at 32F. I took it to the dealership becasue i thought the Thermostat might be acting up but they said it was fine, coolant was fine etc. Also, if there is no sun out and stays cold then the car will always stay in that first thing in the morning order. Just seems to change all of the time, any idea's what i guy can be facing here? Hard to explain this stuff.
