advertised space/bandwidth is not really an issue.

how's the support? how many people sharing the same server? are you colocating a server? or are you renting a server? what's the backbone on the hosting line? any redundancy? back up system? what kind of control panel?

I am under media temple. many of the ultrashock.com are under them. I think 2advanced used to be under media temple also until they launched their own hosting server
