2003 G35 Coupe.

Ok so my evaporator busted.. it vented R134A into my cabin. I took apart the dash (to save on labor) and took it to a shop to get the AC box disassembled fixed and reassembled.

The shop fixed the AC and before I left the shop I hooked up my AC controls and tested it. It worked great as long as I had it set at 60 Degrees.. anything higher and it blew out warm air.

I thought that it must be that it needed all of the sensors hooked up for it to function properly so I left happy that it was fixed.

I reassembled the dash and all of the sensors and it still will only engage the compressor/blow cold if it's set at 60 Degrees!! anything above 60 and it's warm.

it's like the three little bears... to hot or to cold.. never just right.

WTF is wrong? I need to know so I can fix it or take it back to the shop and have them fix it.

Please help!

Code 22 "In Vehicle Sensor" is malfunctioning.

How do I fix it? is it something the shop could have broken?

Maybe they did not connect something?

HAPPENS ALL THE TIME, CK THE IN CABIN TEMP SENSOR probably not plugged in . pull down the lower dash on drivers side. just remove one screw and pull. in veh sensor is on the rt side with a big fat hose connected to it. it should have a small white 2 pin plug that is connected to it. sometimes it hides behind the radio side finisher.
