Need some help in deciding what exhaust to purchase for my 2008 a/c 2.5..I was looking into the Greddy ti-c (mostly bc its louder but may be too ricey) or the Nismo (great tone but not very loud). What do you guys think?

Also was looking into the borla axle back but they only make it for the 3.5, but why cant it work for the 2.5? Same fittings...

Let me know what you guys think!

Welcome to NICO!

Axle-back exhausts like the Tanabe and Borla, while developed and tested on a 3.5, will fit on the 2.5 without modification. Greddy makes a solid product. It really depends on what you're looking for as far as sound/look of the exhaust system. My best advice is to do a good youtube search and check the sounds out on there. Be sure to sort through videos that have crappy cameras. Good luck!

LSD Racing. Sounds great and is pretty loud in low RPM'S and decently loud the higher you go. There are clips for it on you tube. It is a deeper tone like the Nismo.

Alright guys thanks to your help i have decided to go with the lsd now lol. After watching the vids and what not, it def sounds and looks the best to me and have read that its way cheaper than a greddy (my wallet will like that). Any answers on where to get it and pricing? The lsd racing site says its under construction...

Remember the exhaust sits SUPER LOW so if you plan on slamming your car on coils I would advise against this. If not its a badazz exhaust :woot:

i have a 2.5 and have the nismo exhaust, i love the feeling of pulling into somewhere, and breaking necks, also it doesn't sound ricey imo, and i get compliments every now and then :bigthumb: i'm being a little biased here because i never considered any other exhaust, so yeah, just my two cents. good luck with whatever you choose!
