Dude your selection is all over the place. What do you use the vehicle for? How much are you spending? Hows the weather where you live?

So its a daily and not a work car, so you might not need a truck. Its also just a daily so it don't matter what drive it is. The SC300's are old but the 2JZGE are capable engines, but when it comes to control arms and worn parts the car in general is pricey. TSX/RSX are just better version of civics IMO. The BMW model available for 11K aren't bad, so I like this option. Maybe pick up a newer used 3 series. The IS is a great car weather its 300 250 or the 350, I'm not liking the Mazdas. I'm also liking the WRX.

So my choices are between the WRX, IS or a 3 series. All can be nice cars. But nice, well kept, in that price range may be a little tricky. But its possible to get a Nice works for that price so WRX

I've always wanted an FD RX7, but that's the most impractical car of your choice. I'd go for the WRX.

How does someone force you to spend thousands of your own hard earned money? Anyways...

Don't get the SC300, cuz I'm getting one

Get the TSX. It says mature, professional and sensible without the price tag or expensive maintanance of the BMW. And I work for BMW. Besides you're not looking for a toy car anymore, so that exclude an M3. Plus, the only M3 you're going to find in that price range is an E36 M3.

I would say TSX. I always thought that thing was sexy. Second choice is the WRX though.

I'd say is250 or tsx but I doubt you'll find one for under 11k. The rest I would pass on bmws are expensive to repair, you wont find a clean rx-7 for under 11k, used wrxs are mostly abused to hell, etc. Why not a 6th gen maxima? Not that expensive, quick, reliable, and its a nissan

If you don't understand how to wrench on a rotory, avoid buying an FD. It's a ticking time bomb without the proper modifications.

there is no Evo 13, i think you are talking about the 8. If you are going to get an evo then it would be best to get one with low miles and has been babied.

Same thing with a WRX you should look for low low miles and babied not abused or raced.

Finding either for under 11k is going to be tough but if you look hard it can happen.

I personally prefer the 05 WRX.

BMW's are very reliable, But maintenance and upkeep can be slightly pricey so if you can put forth the cash i think that is a good choice.

Though a lot of people will disagree with me when i say this i think you should go for the RSX. I think it is the over all best choice.Yes it is acura/honda but it is sporty, classy, and maintenance + upkeep is extremely easy. Acura and Honda make very reliable and simple cars, whether the honda fwd haters want to admit it or no.

Yes it is a FWD car but this is your daily driver, not your race/fun car. The type-s's are pretty quick and if you are into the occasional spirited driving session on your way to work then i think it would be perfect. Great gas mileage as well.

Any who, good luck in whatever you decide to do!

One Love,

Ghasty
