Need Engine Pictures or Info!
I rebuilt my 89' KA24E engine and started putting it back together. I have put almost everything back, but I have a left over pulley and I don't have the slightest idea were it goes. I have a FSM, but that doesn't help in that area, so if someone has a picture of the front or completely rebuilt ka24e engine before going back in the car I would appreciate it. This is a little pulley with a "L" shaped bracket and three bolt holes. Hopefully someone experienced can help.
Well only one pully comes to mind, that's the one on the upper left side of the block. it should be pretty much planar with the ps pulley and off to the left of the crank and waterpump pulley. It's pretty small and has a belt tensining bolt through it right? If so then that's the one and it fits there.
That may be the one. Hmmm, all it has is a pulley and a bracket, the bracket is in an "L" shape but it is not straight it has an angle to it, up or down, depending on the side of the engine. And I apologize it has three holes, two on the pulley side and one hole on the bracket end. Maybe that helps?
