need engine information. s13 car with obd 2 ka? help please. . .

1992 se, im trying to put in an obd 2 ka /w manual transmission.

i know this to be possible.

i also know it will bolt right up. but the wiring harness seems to be a slight bit different than some connectors on the motor. i just need to know exactly what i need to do to get it right.i have the 92 engine also, just in case i need to swap parts over to the obd2 engine but if not neccesary, than it will be more to my likeing.any help is greatly appreciated. thanks
