I put in new sun visors in my 91 Q and started to connect the wiring for the lights. I finished the drivers side (it worked) but when I started the passenger side the two wires from the car touched. It sparked and now all the interior lights are out. Including the other visor. Is there anything I can do to fix that? Any help on what I need to do or get would be great, thanks!

I presume you have checked your fuses?

This is really weird. The chances that you damaged the wiring are slim-that's the point of fuses. Try double checking the fuses-maybe one you missed? I know its obvious but....

..... Don't trust your eyes. Pull each fuse and check for continuity with a volt meter.

I agree with the above three postsl Check again with a DVM. Should be just one that controls what was affected.

If that fuse is still good, check continuity from fuse box to each wire.

Wow how unlikely, i checked the BRAND NEW fuses with a volt meter and two were out!! What are the chances of buying two bad fuses? Anyway I replaced them (again) and everything is fine now(the meters and power steering were out), just the dome lights dont work but they probably busted when the fuse blew in the first place, so ill have to replace those. Alright thanks everyone, thats a big weight off my shoulders.

It's a slippery slope of spending when you can't assume that new parts are good. Glad to hear that it worked out.
