I have my stock intake and a STILLEN long tube intake on the car now, but I've been thinking about getting rid of the long tubes and going back to the short set-up. If you are interested in the long tubes let me know. If you decide to go that route then you can contact STILLEN for a price on just the boxes and filters or you can buy your own filters and either leave them open or get/make a heat sheild for them. You may also want to try Spectre Performance which sells the materials to build your own intake and their web site is
http://www.spectreperformance.com/#HOME As far as if you just wanted to get filters for the long tubes all you need to attatch them are some hose clamps and the long tubes have a place for the sensor to be placed. You should be able to find Spectre parts at Autozone and PepBoys and I think O'Riely's. Also if you're interested I can get a hold of a Fujita intake for $195 plus shipping. For more info you can e-mail me at
[email protected] and if your interested Fujita will probably be the cheapest intake you can buy new unless you go the route of a used intake or Spectre Performance. Hope this helps. Merry Christmas.
