If you want cheap rotors, just go to Kragen or AutoZone....I bought rear rotors for $19 and fronts for $27. They're not drilled or slotted, but they work. Did you look at the shipping price for the auction....it was $62, probably more for you considering you're in Canada.

Go to http://www.rockauto.com

Order the "professional" grade and its only 10-12 bucks a rotor, brand new. They are NOT cheap Chinese steel either. Good wholesome rotors

Over 4K miles now and no warpage or abnormal wear.

Chris (HashiriyaS14) has been running them on his S13 for alot longer and they haven't warped either. Just remember to apply the same torque to each lug kids!

Drilled brakes... BREAK! No matter what. They break and they are not good. I would suggest going with Powerslot and HAWK pads. Cant go wrong with good slotted rotors. about $80-90/Wheel (Rotors Only!). You wont have to buy brakes for awhile. a Full set of 4 rotors and 4 pads will run you around $450-$600 depending on where you buy them from. Tirerack.com and Andysautosport.com has them. Andys being the cheapest of the 2.
