need CD changer for my Q45

I have a 1994 Q45 and need a Cd changer, any sellers out there.

I have one that works. 50 shipped. Its a sony 10 disk and it works through a radio station. Its currently in my Q. If you want one that is plug and play you will need one like this

I don't think that one on E-Bay will work on a '94. Not positive of that but I think it's different.
