Alright there are quite a few topics about this situation but I just wanted to double check mine specifically. I've got a fluid leak somewhere in the system. Its not really noticeable if even present when I drive the car everyday. But if I let the car sit (even one day) I come back to a low (dash light on) brake fluid reservoir. I checked inside all the wheels and they are dry. The only thing I can find is this: Looks to be a lot of corrosion between the booster and the master cylinder. Could this be the leak? Doesn't really look like any fresh liquid. The only place I could find any wetness was where the dash light sensor plugs in. I did the booster check (pedal hold then shut off car and the pedal stayed at the same height) and the booster seemed good. Does that mean the whole master cylinder needs replaced? Thanks in advance guys!
