Need better intake manifold for my RB20 Please help!!!

looks nice nick did you weld that yourself? I am thinking about buying a TIG welder for the shop for custom parts. What do you think about a rounded peice of sheet mtal for the intake, Like an upsidedown U to lay flat on a straight peice bolted to the lower. I was thinking about mockin one up. That lower pic needs to be polished and it will be 20x better.

THere are a hundred ways to make the manifolds, I don't know what's really better than what, but I think mine will do what I want it to do and will look decent when I'm finished with it.

My buddy Nick Stevens actually tig'd it for me, he's top-notch with the welding. I had it welded to the lower IM on the inside around the ports; no bolting it together this time.
