Grammer is nice. They have grammer police around here man, you better watch out

Is the MAF sensor wired up correctly? If the ECU goes into 'safety' mode, it won't let you pass ~3,000 revs...

Yes there is a strong grammar police presence here because it makes things much easier to read.

won't rev past 2.5k, yeah check your mafs just like DevilMB3017 has stated.

When that computer goes into safety mode that is what it does, and it does not pass 2.5k exatly so get a new maf right

Holy crap, did you just go and start changing things willy nilly? I have no idea what an "intake superbad" is. Try downloading an fsm and starting there, make sure you didn't change/swap/or destroy anything you shoulden't have.

It's kinda hard to help when people can barely understand what you're typing....From what I can gather, your car won't go over 3k rpm. Check the MAF first and make sure there is nothing loose, then go back over everything you've touched and make sure there is no loose wiring or anything unplugged. That would be my advice. Your CEL should be on, so you could get the codes read. Hope that helps you.

If you unplug the MAF and your car stays on, that means it has gone into limp mode and your MAF is bad. You do not need a new computer, you need a new MAF.

This seems to be the problem of the week on the boards.

-Oh... please please take your time when you are typing. It would realy help out the people who are here to help you.
