Need an RB25 SI ecu or need a favor

I need to buy a Series I ecu, or I need someone to test my stock ecu on their car to see if my RPM signal (Tachometer out) is shot or something. I will pay shipping both ways if you can test my ecu for me.

I'd help but I have a series 2 Rb25det. I'm sure someone will help sinces its free shipping both ways....
