Need an opinion someone help!!!

I have found a shell and an S14 SR for only 1800. The only problem is that that the SR has low compression on cylinder #4, which is at 110 psi on a hot test. The low compression is said to have come from running too rich. The engine is stock and comes with everything needed to get it in the car. Could you guys help me out. I will post pics when I get them if someone could tell me how.

Drop some oil into that cylinder.If the compression goes up, that means the ring is bad, if it doesn't it's probably the valve seals.

Also, we have a SR20 forum, you'll have better luck there.

Thanks, should I go ahead with the purchase and do wut you said. About how much should it cost to get that fixed if it were one of those problems.
