so a few weeks ago i traded my car for a 90 240 hatch in beautiful condition. the car had a built sr with it and a bunch of mods done. i knew it was a a hack job but i didnt think it would be as bad as it has been. i replaced the entire harness from the smj out along with all the relays and fuse block as he had all of thease hacked to crap and deloomed under the dash inside the car. also the sr harness that came with it was trashed so i replaced that as well. i have everything finished (i think) less one plug under the hood. the sr harness is an s13 but the jun surgtank has a zenki s14 iacv with the purple and brick red plugs not the single 4 wire plug. now the iacv that is on it has no pigtails so i snached some off an 01 sentra that are the same plug but not the same color. so my question is with the 4 wires comeing out of the harness starting at the top of the plug left to right b/g , b/r, blk/y, light b im pretty sure the b/g and the b/r are for a/c wich i dont have so they dont need to be used and the light blue is the aac/isc and the blk/y is the hot to the iacv. i need to know how to wire the 2 /2wire plugs in to the 4wire plug. and please be nice ive searched my a$$ off trying to make sure its right with no luck.
thanks
steve

Eliminate the iacv. Crack the throttle plate.

I can look into it a little more but i have been very busy. If the plug just does not fit but is wired the same you should be able to put them in the same order.

Pics of this setup? You really have a JUN surgetank? That is the mani i was going to buy haha.

hmm weird, why are you even using an s13 sr harness on an s14/s15 sr anyways?

that would be a huge help. as for the s13 harness like i said hack job cant stress that enough. red top block black top head, so s13 harness and iacv is the only different plug everthing else is either changeable or not used and the surgetank uses the s15 style iacv . the head is in very good shap and the vtc is already deleted so i really didnt want to buy another head since this one is here. so im trying to make it work.

my little bro is getting ready to start a build so im planning to build and run this motor while he rebuilds the s14 short block he has and donate the head when hes ready and have a new redtop head to put back on mine. sounds good in theory but im new to turbo so its already been an adventure. i have 10yrs of na and mechanical expiriance so the wrenchings the same but not a whole lot elce. but i gotta say i love the room in the engine bay compaired to my 90 300zx na everything was like working in a sardine can under the hood. definetly happy to be back with a 4cyl.... hp and fuel economy :yesnod
