Over the weekend I just got finished hooking up my map and iat sensor. Now I'm left with the aem disc. I kinda started on it, and got stuck on it half way. I was able to pull out the pin, and almost the bearing out itself, but wasn't successful. I had use more then an hr just trying to remove the bearing, and now I'm giving up on it.

I was just wondering if anyone here that had successful attempt this job, can help me out. I can send you my cas sensor with my aem disc and a little fee to whoever can do this job, I would be very much appreciate.

I forget his name but he is a poster in this fourm. He has a 300zx with a RB26DETT in it with a huge borgwarner turbo. I think he will do the service or did. Might want to try and search this forum for Z32 RB26DETT.

I posted about this a while back. You don't have to knock out that pin or take off the bearing to do the swap. After you get the assembly disconnected from the case, all you do is remove the two screws that hold the shft to the base. You can break them loose by grabbing the side of them with a pair of needle nose vise grips, them loosen with a screw driver. You should be able to swap that trigger disk in 15min.
