Need Advise

I picked up a 92 fastback with super hicas about 8 months ago after i got into an accident and now I am trying to figure out what to do with it. My options are to sell it or keep it as a project car. The determining factors are there is some mechanicle problems with the car and I wont be able to sink money into it right away, so it would be a long term project. the issues with the car are...1. ignition sticks ( i have to jiggle the key for a while before it will turn)2. all power steering hoses are leaking.3. there are Threats ripped to sh** in the front left of the suspension (two . cant even hold bolts) 4. there is a bushing missing on the front sway bar. This car would also be my 2nd car so down time is of no concern.Any help you could give would be appreciated. I know you cant make up my mind for me but I could use the feedback to help make my decision thanks.
