Need advice.

Looking at 2 2010 G37x coupe. Both liquid platinum
Car #1 $23k with 30k miles. Has the nav and tech package.
Wood grain finish.
Test drove tonight. Low tire light is on . I guess it was cold tonight in central jersey. Also exclamation was on as well. Couple of scratches and I think 1 deep one about 2in long. Also rear splash guard that wraps around bottom of bumper the corner edge is not sticking on. About a .5 inches is popped up. Drove well and didn't have the lag.
Car#2 $23k with 29,600 mile silver. Has the nav and tech package.
Sho-do finish. I like this one.
Will test drive tomorrow.

Question are:
Good deal? Should I be looking out for something? I went from. 1992 maxima se, then xterra, then altima se-r, and finally rogue. You can guess the pattern. Any tips and thoughts are much appreciated.

Depends on where you are, but car 2 looks much better and around here that asking price would be about the trade-in value. So it's a pretty reasonable deal, IMO.

Update:
Car #1 Found Overspray on the Driver Rubber Seal where the hood and bumper meets. Driver's door did not line up with quarter panel on the top. Truck lid driver side did not line up as well. Chalk up to being hit and covered up. Carfax said it was clean.
Car #2 I could see overspray on the rubber seal where the hood meets the bumper. The Bumper did not line up with hood. Hood slight overlapped the bumper.

Walked away from both....
